Privacy Policy - The Basics
Riowego ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our limousine services, website, and other related platforms.
Booking, location search and payments
When you request or pay for a ride, we use your contact details, itinerary, passenger and luggage counts, flight information and any notes to price and arrange your service. Please provide only the information needed for your journey.
Address searches and selected pickup and destination locations are sent to Google Maps to suggest places and calculate driving routes. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms.
Eligible online payments are processed on Stripe’s secure checkout. Stripe receives your email address and relevant booking details to process and identify the payment. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; this website does not store your card number. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Ride enquiries use our enquiry delivery provider, Web3Forms. If you choose WhatsApp, the prepared enquiry is shared through WhatsApp when you send it. We store booking and payment-status records to provide the service, handle enquiries and keep transaction records. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact info@riowego.com.
Cookies and your preferences
Essential cookies and browser storage support booking security and remember your cookie preferences. Optional Google Maps features remain disabled until you allow them. When enabled, Google receives address searches and selected locations to provide suggestions and route estimates, and may use its own cookies or storage.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Your cookie choice is stored locally in this browser for 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Disabling maps after using them reloads the page to stop the integration; it does not delete data already received by Google or cookies set on another domain.
You can enter addresses and send a personal-quote enquiry without optional maps. If you continue to Stripe checkout or choose WhatsApp, those services apply their own privacy and cookie practices.
Client accounts and reservations
If you create a client account, WorkOS manages your email and password sign-in, email verification and password recovery. RioWeGo uses your verified email address to match online reservations and display their journey and payment details. We do not store your account password in our website database.
Essential, secure session cookies keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. They are needed when you choose to use client accounts. They are not used for advertising. You can sign out from My reservations. Reservations arranged directly by email or WhatsApp may not appear in your online account.

Website language
On your first visit, we use the country supplied by our hosting network to show Portuguese in Brazil and English elsewhere. You can choose either language. A first-party preference cookie remembers your selection in this browser for 180 days. We do not request your device location for this feature.
